Growth and Developments at Cobb Farr
This summer Cobb Farr has been enjoying excellent business as trust has grown in our role as one of the leading Estate Agents in the area, with the most knowledgeable people on local property matters.
Therefore we would like to announce some very exciting movements and promotions within the company.
Mark Thompson, formerly Manager in our Bradford on Avon office, has moved to become General Manager and Manager of Sales in Bath. This important lead role in the company will see Mark running the sales side in Bath and the day to day running of the company as a whole.
Sarah Selway is now promoted to Sales Manager in the Bradford on Avon office, overseeing all sales related matters here, working alongside Isabel Painter.
Jess Goldsmith and Tina Rosling are both promoted to Office Managers in the Bath and Bradford on Avon offices respectively, responsible for all administration, social media and the running of the offices.
In Bath, Viv Hayes, Lyn McAlister and Jenny Draper continue in their respective roles in sales, land & development and rentals, as does Jo Armstrong in rentals in Bradford on Avon.
We have also added to our part-time sales staff with Sandra Dawes in Bradford on Avon and Sarah Pegler in Bath, joining Fiona Hayers who has worked for the company for some time.
Philip Cobb, as Managing Director, will continue to head up the Land and Development department, an important arm to Cobb Farr, with a number of new sites about to be or having just been launched. Philip will also continue to be involved on the residential side, albeit handing over the reins to some degree in terms of the day to day running of this side.
